I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is. If the pill is a white oval with P500 on one side and nothing on the other then it is (Equate extra strength pain reliever/fever reducer acetaminophen 500mg) I'm literally getting ready to take 2 of them after I'm done typing this.
