DAILY DOSAGE ## Tylox contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, a narcotic pain reliever. The normal daily dosing is one every 6 to 8 hours, as needed for pain. It is very important to not exceed this, as too much Acetaminophen in a day can be toxic. You have to stay under 4,000mgs of it in a day. I live in Brisbane Australia and am beside myself as I have been told by 'Johnson Pacific' that my precious 'Retin A' cream 0.5% manufactured by Janssen-Cilag has been globally discontinued. 'Retrieve' does not compare for me- it is made with a different base product, I have tried it and it does not work for me the way Retin A cream does. I have been using Retin A cream for over 20 years, originally for pimples, which is great- but the way it keeps my skin looking so clear, fresh and unmarked is amazing (I stay out of the sun)-i depend on this cream so much; does anyone know what the equivalent could be here in Australia or Over-Seas. I cannot take NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti inflammatory) One post says it's like oxy and another states it's a nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drug. Which is correct? ## Hello, Vic! How are you? According to the manufacturer, Janssen-Cilag, it contains Paracetamol, so it is neither a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, nor is it any type of opiate. The side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Just needed to make sure it wasn't an NSAID. I'm trying to verify what this pill is. Could it be Ativan from out of the U.S.? ## I haven't found a definitive match, but from what others have been posting, its possible that it could also be a 2mg Immodium Ad (Loperamide) tablet, being distributed from Hong Kong. One user's comment I saw actually mentioned that they bought a box of these over in Hong Kong (with that same description) and said that on the product packaging it noted that it was manufactured by Janssen Cilag; a large pharmaceutical company based in Val-De-Reuil, France. I wasn't able to delve much deeper than that because information was scarce, but you could always try contacting the manufacturer directly to see if it's something they might know about.
