Can chymoral forte be taken with Tenormin 25 mg tablet which I take for blood pressure ## Hi Veeboy, Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between Chymoral Forte (chymotrypsin + typsin) and Tenormin (atenolol). However this do not necessarily mean no interactions exist at all. You should always talk to your doctor first before combining any medications, just to play it safe. Hope this helps!

Hi...are chymoral forte and diclofenac nearly the same medicine. ## Hello, Nazir! How are you? No, Chymoral Forte contains a complex of enzymes that are believed to help with inflammation, but there's little proof that they actually do so. The enzymes are Trypsin and Chymotrypsin. Diclofenac, however, is an actual drug, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that has been proven to help with pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Diclofenac details here. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks very much for your help

I suffered from a throat infection like tonsillitis for the last 5 days. So can i take chymoral forte? I took other medicine but it was not effective. ## What other medication did you try? Chymoral Forte can help with swelling, but it will not do anything to treat the bacterial infection that usually causes tonsillitis. That usually requires an antibiotic, according to the NIH, and they list the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
