Cheston Cold

phenylpropanolamine side effects

i usually have common cold and i take cheston cold without consulting doctor, it contains Phenylpropanolamine. Is it safe to take Phenylpropanolamine as a medicine. As this is the only medicine that works on me and gives me fast relief.
