Cherifer Vitamins Effect

I've been using the Cherifer pgm 10-22 for four days, and after 20 minutes of taking it, I get stomach aches. I drink it after eating and the stomach pain is like the pain you experience when you are food poisoned. This is actually a nutritional supplement and as such, it is not actually tested for efficacy. In addition, even when something has been proven effect, it doesn't always work for everyone that uses it. I take propan cap. every night before I sleep. I tried taking it after breakfast and I get so sleepy when at school. Propan improved my weight after 3 mos.
