My guess is that you may be experiencing heat stroke. I would try applying some peppermint oil to your stomach and chest area (be sure to dilute it by mixing it with a type of oil or unscented lotion, I prefer olive or coconut oil). The medicine 'Mecolan' is marketed by Symbiosis Pharma Chennai. The reputed firm Symbiosis Pharma is in Himachala Pradesh. They do not have a division at Chennai. It is not known whether this is a genuine firm. The product is suspected to be fake. ## Is Mecolan a multivitamin capsule? Can it be taken by women of 52 yrs of age as a vitamin supplement? What for the tablet and available drug stores in Chennai ## The only thing I can find that's similar to this is a nutritional supplement called Antoxyl Forte, which contains a complex of multivitamins and minerals. And as to where it would be available in your area, I am sorry, but we are based in the U.S., so I have no way of knowing that. Have you tried asking a pharmacist/chemist?

Hi Sir / Madam, I am Praveen from India - Tamil nadu - Chennai, i have problem facing more past 5 years in my head (scalp). No more treatment can helps me out from this scalp psoriasis. But i am using this medication.As per doctor advise (Clobetasol Propionate & salicylic acid Lotion). & (saliblu shampoo) past one month now i am feel some better. Sir, My wife age 44 yrs she is having high diabetes with high BP. I checkup her at Appolo Chennai, Kolkata and several local doctors. Some time diabetes control but BP not controlling. White oblong similar to hydrocodone but thinner - no markings - sent from Chennai India - refilled my Vicodin prescription from a Canadian pharmacy. ## If there are no markings on the tablets, then I am afraid there is no way to positively identify it, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It may be what you ordered or it may be something entirely different. This is one of the hazards of ordering from foreign sources. ## So, if the oblong, white pill is unmarked, but COULD still be hydrocodone, that must mean that SOME hydrocodone is, in fact, unmarked. Are you on any medications? What types of foods do you eat? How much water do you drink each day? ## The best and safest remedy is lots of water (I try to drink 100 oz. per day) and exercise. You may not want to hear that. I definitely have to fight this battle as well. This was the only solution that worked. Also eating an apple first thing in the morning helps as well.
