Who prescribes the most quantity in Charlotte or Gastonia N.C.? ## Had anyone heard of a pain clinic called Laudenium Medical in or around Charlotte, NC? It was mentioned on one of the posts some time ago as being a good one but may be one of those cash only deals. I cannot find them listed anywhere online in NC or SC. Maybe they have changed names? or out of business? Can anybody give me some advice or their own experiences with pain management doctors in Charlotte North Carolina? I suffer from chronic pain in my neck, lower back, and primarily in my left leg from a severe knee injury in '09. I broke my Tibia, Fibula, tore my acl, pcl, and the perineal nerve. My ortho surgeon said I had a 50/50 chance of having dropfoot due to the severity of nerve damage even if the reconstructive surgery went well. Luckily that did not happen, but I did have to have a 2nd surgery about 7 months later due to unexplained pain where my pcl is located and limited movement and strength gaining. I moved to Winston Salem about 18 months ago. I'm currently driving 5 hours each month to see a primary care Dr who prescribes me fentanyl 100mcg x 48 hours + oxycodone 20mg 3day for breakthrough pain (which I feel I need to be bumped up bc since my gastric bypass my stomach only absorbs 1/3 of anybody oral meds). I'm a 3 time cancer survivor and barely make it doing regular household functions. I also have pinched sciatica nerves slipped disk herniated rupture disks cluster headaches degenerated disk disease. i am a charlotte, nc native. I've had a fusion and spinal stenosis surgeries on my back. Also have stenosis in my upper back which is inoperable because it lies on top of my lungs therefore doctor left it without continuing care. After these operations i was doing ok but having to pull wire under houses as an electrician and lift heavy wood after 1 huge piece for our wood stove put me in the bed for 6 years. My Neurologist in nyc has had me on 30mg oxy (PO every 4-6 hrs), which I have been taking for the last 2 years. I just moved to Charlotte NC and I need a doctor who will do a similar routine. southeastern pain care is not one of them. I just won 10, and without any examination, this position told me that I have fibromyalgia and that I need to be on fibromyalgia medication. He didn't examine me, he didn't do anything. Looking for a doctor who will prescribe methadone in the Charlotte, nc area. I have real pain due to a car accident back in 2000 when I broke my pelvis. I moved from Jersey to Nc and got the pain meds off of someone else and when I became pregnant I was told to go to a methadone clinic. I had no idea what I was doing or that I could easily have gone to pain management. I'm willing to drive almost anywhere within reason for a doctor who can give me methadone. I have 2 hernatied disc, spinal stenosis , pain all over my body and recently moved here from Florida where I was taking 10mg hydrocodone for about 2 years with no problems and never asked for it to be increased . I am in the Charlotte NC area. I have had Chronic Pain since 1992. My savior, Dr Senter retired. I have now gone to hell!! I have fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, a min of 8 ruptured discs in the cervical and lumbar regions. I also have chronic debilitating Migraines. The Dr's I have now each seem to have their "favorite" procedure an each of them only want to do that one thing because they are convinced it works. I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. However, if you were previously taking it from a clinic, then going to another one is your only option. It is illegal for private doctors to prescribe it for addiction/maintenance treatment. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone know of one that might be closer in that area?

Hello everyone. I just moved to Charlotte, N.C. from Iowa due to a job transfer. I had a very understanding Family Physician in Iowa; he rxd me 4 of the 8 mg. Subutex per day. Nonetheless, I had to give up treatment in order to continue to be a father who provides. I need a Doctor or clinic or shrink to prescribe me the Subutex. I'm scared to death. I've been on 8mgs of xanax for 7 years and on 4mgs of klonopin for 2 years before that. As my tolerance grew so did my need for more xanax but 8mgs is the highest amount allowed to be prescribed. I've tried almost every drug to help with sleep before and nothing worked. I had a doctor that never saw me and all I had to do was pick up my prescription. I never thought I'd lose him. I'm now physically addicted and dependent on xanax.
