Cgcoline 500 Mg

I want to know the differences in the medicine I took before and now...or if they same?

Hi, Sir/Madam Recently, I have had paralysis affect and I was unable to walk properly by one leg though able to walk. I went to doctor in another state and he prescribed me medicine of certain company. Now, when I changed my state and went to another doctor he prescribed me some different named medicine. After cosuming for 5 days, I loose my appetite, I belched/burp like eating some food I do and felt bit dizziness sometimes and the leg that was affected is fine but in another leg I feel there is some problem as I got in another leg before.
