Celexa Tired

hi I'm Beth I have been on celexa for 10 days now, 40 milligrams, the last 4 days I have felt like superwoman which is awesome, but last night and today I just want to lay under a rock and not leave the house. very tired and sleepy. heart rate is up feeling a little Maybe feeling a little anxious. I also take 150 milligrams of Topamax a day which is 50 milligrams 3 times a day. I have been own that for well over a year. they just switched me from lexapro 20 milligrams a day to the celexa 40 milligrams a day. so I'm not sure how much is this I'm feeling is the changing from one medication to another and my body getting readjusted to the new medication or the new medication beginning to work in my body I'm not sure? can i take multivitamins everyknight along with celexa40mg and wellbutrin xl 150mg or should i not mix vitamins cause they make me tired during the day ## yes, it is safe to take vitamins with these medications. ## You should double check with your doctor, to be sure. The other issue is that it may not be advisable to take the vitamins at night, because they can give you an energy boost, which may cause problems sleeping. I just started 37.5 mg of Effexor a week ago and I am also weening off 10mg of celexa. I just feel so so so weird! Just BLAH. Wanna lay around and have a short temper and disconnected. Today is the day I've chosen to quit.. cigs have already tasted awful. Side effects are minimal (little nausea if i don't eat and tired) Have had some vivid dreams but they have been interesting, so no problem there. I so want to quit, its a disgusting habit that will kill us all. I've tried other ways with no success. Giving it my all to be a proud quitter!
