It kind of makes one drink equal to 2 and so on. Additionally, both the Acetaminophen and the alcohol can have detrimental effects on your liver, though it is doubtful that any long term harm was caused by just two glasses of wine. I was wondering if any of my medications can give a false positive for methamphetamines. I take TRAZADONE, AMBIEN, ESIDIRIX, PHENERGRAN, COLONAZAPAM,NAPROSTYN, GABAPANTIN, ALENDRONATE ## I tested psitive for methamphetamine and pcp in urine test. I just celebrated a year sobriety . I take soboxon and trazadone and for bipolar I take lamotrigine and venlafaxine generic for Effexer. Please help because of this false positive result my insurance will not cover my soboxon anymore and it cost $300 for 30 days ## To be best of my knowledge's psychiatrist (MD) and pharmacologist (PHD, Pharmacology), none of the above should cause a fake + for meth...however, these are diverse drugs and I'd need a computerized data base to postulate if the combo can cause a false + for meth.
