is medication has had a serious side effect on myself as faiting and signs of possible heart problem's... faiting and cold chills and hot flashes ## i have been on cefuroxime axetil dor 8 days and i am having runs of tachicardia and just funny heart beats ## What symptoms did it cause that lead you to believe that you had signs of possible heart problems? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash. Yes, it has also been known to cause Tachycardia, but it usually goes away, once someone finishes their course of treatment. However, if you are having symptoms that are dangerous, then you should seek medical attention.

How much water do you drink when taking the medicine ## Hello, Usually one 8oz glass of water is enough but I can't find any pertinent information stating that you must take Cefuroxime Axetil with a certain amount of water. I have only found information stating that it should be taken with food to help the absorption and reduce stomach upset. How much water do you drink when taking the medicine ## Ideally, it should be taken with a full, 8 ounce glass of water. However, in most cases taking it with juice or etc. is also acceptable.
