Amoxicillin? ## Hmmm, the closest thing I found (but it is a blue colored capsule) is Sandoz 663 which also happens to be an antibiotic. What I'm describing is Cefdinir 300mg (NDC 0781-2176). Inactive Ingredients: - Carboxymethylcellulose Calcium - Fd&c Blue No. 2 - Gelatin - Magnesium Stearate - Polyoxyl 40 Stearate - Silicon Dioxide - Titanium Dioxide While I'm not sure if what you have is just a Mexican version of the domestic antibiotic capsule, I'm hoping this extra information helps.

Cefdinir is an antibiotic, a generic for Omnicef. The most common side effects include: nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain and headache. That said, it should not make you urinate more frequently, but medications do affect people differently. Have you talked to your doctor about this? ## Yes. My urine smells awful, just like the smell/aftertaste of the capsule when I take my dose of Cefdinir. ## Mine too, just reeks. ## My urine smells terrible since I've been taking Omnicef.

The pill is a capsule and is dark purple on one side and like a light blue or teal on the other. It has a c on the side that is purple and 300 on the side that is teal/blue. The bottle that I found the pill in was filled in october of 2010.The bottle also says that it is cefdinir generic for omnicef but I am unable to find a pill picture that is the exact match for this pill so I am assuming that it is not in the right bottle. It is at my mother inlaws house and she has a bad habit of placing the wrong pills in the wrong container so I am trying to figure out what this pill is and if it is in the proper bottle.
