I am having hydrosil on my right testicle. when consulted, doctor priscribed enractin tablet,ofloxacin and eofil forte tablet. I would like to know the pharmokinetics of these medicines. ## A Hydrocele occurs when fluid accumulates in a body cavity, in men it can occur in one or both testicles. Enractin contains 90mgs of Bromelain, 100mgs of Rutoside and 48mgs of Trypsin, these are digestive enzymes to help with digestive problems. I have unreal pain from a cavity in a rear molar. hot or cold liquids create unbelievable pain in my jaw. I have a dental appointment in two weeks on Feb 10. I relayed this information to the dentist and the secretary said there is nothing that can be done until my appointment. I have tried aspirin and ibuprofen and there is no relief whatsoever from the pain. It is so bad I am not driving because the pain is such a distraction. I am not nor have I ever been addicted to any type of opioids or pain medication. What are my options for obtaining some kind of medication for the pain until my appointment? Can I use flanax 550g naproxeno for my molar pain due to bad cavity ## Have you consulted your dentist? Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that may help with pain and swelling, but if there is an infection involved, due to the bad tooth, it won't help with that.

I currently am taking Metronidazole and have a cavity and can't get to the dentist till next week. I have taken Tylenol but it still hurts. This medication says to not take any barbiturates. I had chest pain for hours only to hear hours later my chest cavity POP loudly like the metal cap popping off a glass bottle. My Dr. has switched my from Hysingla ER 60mg/daily (taken for 2 years) to 25 mcg/Fentanyl 1/every 3 days patch for a short time while I go through a tumor extraction in the rectal cavity. having to be on serious laxitives and bowel prep for the evaluations have left me with little to no pain meds in my system and the onset of withdrawl symptoms. Anyway I'm 24 hours on this new patch and Sometimes I feel okay but mostly in pain that I wasn't when on Hysingla. Am I getting adequate dosage, does it take awhile to help? I am 69 and started bleeding in Oct. Had Ultra sound and was told I have a thick uterine wall. Went to gynecologist and had pap and biopsy. Had a polyp that was removed as out-patient. She said it was largest she ever saw and filled cavity. Pap came back normal and biopsy benign, but pre-cancer. I was put on Medroxyprogsterone and will have another biopsy in March.
