Causes Of Heart Attacks

Hi I have been suffering from anxiety attacks for the past year now my Dr gave me 0.50mg alzam which I took 1 at night to calm me as I get heart pulpitations esp at night when I have to go sleep. And when I run out I just go back to my Dr and he gives it to me freely without questions. Lately Im taking 0.25 at night and 0.25 when ever I feel anxious. I would like to stop but heard that you can suffer severe side effects when stopping cold turkey. I feel like I am more anxious now than I have been before taking the alzam and also I have developed either gerd or gastro because i have a constant tight feeling in my chest i feel nausea headaches and body aches and sometimes i just feel really ill and i also feel very tired and dont want to do anything but sleep.please tell me if this is fro...

I have fibromyalgia, as well as sleep apnea, so maybe this is more complicated. I am 43. I was on testosterone shots, but felt like my chest was getting congested on them and I was gaining weight too much. The doctor also said that he thought injections causes heart attacks and switched me to Androgel. Since starting Androgen, my libido has went from about 30% of what it should be to about 1%, barely anything. I also am dizzy, have headaches, and extremely fatigued. Can Androgel cause that in some people? It's almost like a sinus infection but I'm not sure that it really is. My doctor suggested switching to axiron. I'm a lil worried my pcp is fixing to take me off of my dilaudid I take daily due to a surgery on my stomach(it numbs my stomach so I can eat) he took me off all my other pain meds for fibromyalgia and the dilaudid don't touch the fibro, I'm a 46 yr old fm who has had heart attacks heart surgery strokes, a rare blood clotting condition that was a main contributor to all of those I lost over 100 lbs ( thanks to surgery) to get healthier now I'm worse off I have neuropathy from the diabetes I had, I also suggest from trigeminal neuralgia which causes me severe headaches that last from days to weeks I cant think of everything else but I fear I don't qualify for a pm Dr, and don't know what to do cause I try to sleep as much as possible so I don't feel the demons...

I am taking this drug for the prevention of Angina attacks. I have a heavily blocked peripheral artery on the LAD. first of all, I seem to be having more attacks, even when resting in bed but particularly in cold weather and have to resort to sub- lingual emergency tablets. however, my main concern is that I am getting a lot of pain in my legs, both upper, calves as well as knees It mostly comes with exercise but does not go away when resting, for a long time. can this be attributed to the medication or do I need to have diagnostics done to find out what the causes are? ## Hello, Annie! I was in a wreck in 2001 and it mangled the left side of my body. My left arm is most visible from the outside. I have records in order. I've had a great relationship with my 78yr old Dr until the last 3 months. I have been in Methadone 90mg/day + Valium 40mg 3Xs/day for over 16years. I have been happily receiving the benefits from TESTOPEL pellets implantation now for almost four (4) years. In the last few months, a doctor called me at home @ 8:30 p.m. which surprised me to say the least. He was both alarmed and concerned because the lab test I had done the day prior showed an unhealthy high level in my hemoglobin. It was 19.8. I am a 70-year-old male.
