Anything from 101 to 400 is significant of definite, at least moderate, atherosclerotic plaque, which means there is a high likelihood that they have mild coronary artery disease with significant narrowing of the arteries as possibility. This is the basic summation provided by the N...

I read nifedipine causes breast cancer. Is it true? It's supposed to be taken twice daily for high blood pressure. ## Hello, Mercedes! How are you? Are you post-menopausal? That is when the greatest risk was found, though more research is needed to be sure of that and it seemed only relevant to calcium channel blockers, according to JAMA and the studies they have already compiled. Thus, if you are concerned, you could always speak to your doctor about trying a medication that is in a different class, such as a beta blocker. Is this the only medication you are taking?
