I found a very small oblong pill in my clonazepem. I am trying to identify it. The imprint is so small I can barely read it, but it looks like 51 on one side, and IV on the other. I found this pill in my living room. It has 255 printed on the right side, and what looks like an upside down 1 on the left side. The back is black. It looks just like Butalb (MIA 106), which I take for headaches, but the imprint is totally different. Any ideas? Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?

I Found A Really Little Round White Pill That Has An N Or a Z. it does not look like it is from a commercial manufacturer. Any ideas? ## This is a vague imprint, so it is difficult to say what it is with any certainty, there are several possibilities. Just as an example, I have some tablets here that meet this description, they contain 3.125mgs of Carvedilol, which is used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac problems. They have a Z on one side and are supposed to have a 1 on the other, but the imprint of the 1 isn't very well done and can't be seen on most of the tablets. Where was it found?
