The whole regimen for my BP is as follows: Lotensyl 10 1-0-0 Ecosprin 75 0-1-0 Cardoron 100 mg 1 alternate days Night Olmesar H 40 1 Warf 2.5 1 tab Trika or Restyl .25 1 I find my BP is average to 145-150/80-90. I did not have any adverse side effects for the 20 mg tablets. Now I crave for food in the morning time. I also notice that my weight has increased from 83 to 87 Kgs.I follow a self disciplined diet.
