diabetes TABLET makes me cough and sinus

GLIMULIN 1- 1- 1 JENUMAT 500MG-0-1-0 VOLIX 0.3, 1-1-1 CARDICE1.25MG 1-0-0 LYRICE 75MG 0-0-1 the above medicine suggested by a doctor for diabetes , I am taking above medicine last 4months, recently I have infected by cough , throat, nose problem like sinus please help me to stop eating tablet. which one is cause this cough problem ## Hello, Umafa!
