Capsules With White Balls

I found my wife was about to take two of these, but there is no pill in our medical case like these hence no other information. She was very cagey in saying where she got them other than they were for a headache. She did not get these from a doctor. She has like a fainting where she sits and appears to pass out, very worrying. What would these pills be prescribed for? ## Hello, Bill! How are you? These are 75mg Difene capsules, they contain the active ingredient Diclofenac in a modified release formulation, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. I have light pink capsules (both halves are the same color pink) and one half says 75 & the other half has a W on it printed in a darker pink, & it has tiny white balls inside. They taste a bit like aniseed. What are they? Plz help!! Thanks!

Can anybody identify these yellow capsules with small white beads inside? I found some capsules with a red stripe, and little red and white balls inside, not sure what it is, and there are no markings on either the capsule or the foil container. They are fairly old, but I don't want to throw them away without knowing what they are.

I just got some with orange and clear capsule no imprint with orange and white balls on the inside. Are they fake? ## They are not a legal U.S. prescription Adderall. They are all required to have an imprint to enable their identification. That said, this is most likely an over the counter product. I have some vitamin C capsules that match this description. I'll keep looking to see if I find any other possibilities.
