how many mg of iron is there ## how many mgs of Iron are there in Ferrex 150 casules ## 150mgs, that's why it's included in the name and there are also several other nutrients in them, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Vitamin B 12 and Succinic Acid. The dose of the added vitamins and the ones included is different between the two formulations available, but the amount of iron is the same in both. The manufacturer name is listed as Universal. There are several websites that sell it, that will come up in a Google search. I do not, however, know the pricing or if you can have it shipped to India. It may be easier to just find an alternative that contains the same ingredients, there are many on the market. Could these capsules help with my energy levels? I'm hoping so because I have a caffeine sensitivity. ## It is a multivitamin and mineral supplement, so it might help with energy, I know if I take mine too late in the day, I can't sleep, so I have to be careful. Many of the B vitamins are very well known to help with energy levels. The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency. Is there anything else I can help with?

I stay in Hyderabad,India. I was looking for inositol capsules which would be easily available in my city as a nutritional supplement. I came across the following 3 drugs with high composition of Inositol(>100 mg per tablet)listed on MIMS india page but neither of them was available in the market. ALCRIN / ALCRIN-M / JETOSITOL. Any idea in which medical store any of the above mentioned tablets will be available? If not what would be the best alternative tablet available with reasonable pricings? I am a 26 year old married woman and my weight is 77kg. The TSH levels in my blood is 100 MCIU/ML. The doctor has prescribed Thyronorm (100mcg; after breakfast) and Deavit-Forte capsules (after dinner). I have been taking the above said medicines since 3 weeks now. Of late, I have started feeling very hungry even after having my meals. Please let me if this is normal or a side effect. What are the other side effects of Thyronorm? Please suggest a good diet plan too. ## Daisy start with yoga and walking too. I have started with homeo. Many of my relatives had thyroid and took homeo. Now they have totally stopped taking any medicines. But they do check their thyroid monthly.
