Appetivit Plus for 44 years woman Sirop ## Hi Nanette, From what I could gather, Appetivit Plus reportedly contains B vitamins to help stimulate your appetite. The instructions state that you're supposed to take 1 capsule three times a day before meals. Apparently they come in packs of 20 capsules. Based on it's spelling I suspect it to be a product of Mexico/Carribeans - However, information on Appetivit Plus is few and far between. Are you referring to "syrup" when you say "sirop"? I understand that there may be a partial language barrier, but please feel free to post back if you have any additional comments or questions regarding this.

That said, it is a multivitamin/mineral supplement, so the side effects have not been studied and it is not proven to help with anything other than a possible deficiency in these nutrients.
