You can read more about the medication and additional side effects here: Is there anything else I can help with? ## How long does it take for side effects to go away after the drug is discontinued ## Theresa, it can vary, depending on the dosage and how long you were taking it. I was recently ordered long acting Diltiazem 120mg and was given Diltiazem C CAP ACTA ,and the lnformation that came with it does not say anything about it being long acting. Can you supply me with this info. ## Hello, Rose! How are you? From the information you've provided, it isn't a long acting medication. They are usually designated with something such as XR, SR, LA, CR or etc. What are the markings on the one you're taking? That is what would enable me to double check for you. Diltiazem is listed by the FDA as being a calcium channel blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

I was just given a new prescription for the Actavis 90mg morphine capsule. Just wondering, does it really last for 24 hours? ## In theory, it should, but it can really vary from person to person, so the only thing you can do is try it and see how long it works for you. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. It also carries the risk of being habit forming. (NDC Code 0228-3506) Are you sure it is manufactured by Actavis? ## Is there a 90-milligram morphine pill that's off-white in color, round, one side has a line across the middle & the other side has a big "C" on it?

Is the blue and yellow fiorinal codeine capsule imprinted with "watson 956"? Is the manufacturer Actavis? Is it a brand or generic version? ## This capsule is manufactured by Watson Laboratories and they list it as being the brand name Fiorinal with Codeine. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. ## I can not take very many medicines without allergic reactions. The one especially is Fiorinal/codeine made by Watson Company with this capsule I do not get sleepy, nor do I get a horrible double over the stomach ache for hours and hours it also gets rid of my headaches instead of making them worse. I have been told by CVS that Diltiazem CD 120 mg cap is discontinued ## I haven't been able to find anything on this, but you are not the first person who has been told that by their pharmacy, so I can only assume that it's correct. The best suggestion I can make in this case is to contact your doctor and ask about getting an alternative medication prescribed. Running out and missing doses could be very dangerous, so you definitely need to avoid doing that. Does anyone know more about this? ## If Diltiazem 180 was discontinued, it's interesting that I just picked up my prescription today. Was told by CVS several months ago that Warfarin in 3mg pills was not available, but I found out it was. They apparently just switched suppliers. ## I have taken Diltiazem CD for about 10 y...

Green capsule with half moon and 3091 printed by it. Prescription is avinza. ## Hello, Sparkey! Thank you! To add some specifics, this tablet contains 60mgs of Morphine in a time released formulation. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Got prescription filled at a CVS and I was given the Actavis blue capsule 3060 (previously i had Teva and before I had the brand). The Actavis medicine was not only inefficient but It actually made me sick... I got a day-long irritating and unpleasant motion sickness like feeling. At least I know that this only happens once, next time sure I will ask. ## Hello, Soyla! How are you? What do you mean by saying that it was inefficient? This is a time released formulation, so you shouldn't feel some definitive effect of it all at once. ## It does not work because the active ingredient in the Activis brand genetic doesn't have the same active ingredient as Adderal. It's a brand new company in this game. Says so on both their website and the FDAs.

I got the blue 20 mg 3060 capsule what of i took it either 70mg Vyvanse? I truly hope that they work. from the bad reviews I'm afraid to even try one. someone please give me advice ## Are you referring to the blue capsule with the "R 3060" imprint? That's closest match I'm seeing online, and it reportedly contains 20mgs of time-released mixed Amphetamine salts, manufactured by Actavis. I don't know who told you it was 70mgs of Vyvanse, but if you got them from overseas or off other shady dealers there's no telling what might be in it, and that's just a risk that you should've thought about before buying it. I would probably take it as a sign that your body is naturally putting up its own defense to save you from taking something that you shouldn't...

I just drank 2 gen-payne capsules and 2 actamol tablets...is that a bad combination? ## Hello, Immy! How are you? Yes, since both medication contain Paracetamol, you should not have taken both. How are you? Did you suffer any adverse effects? Whenever you take it, each dose needs to stay under 1,000mgs at a time and under 3,000mgs for the entire day, otherwise you could risk liver damage or failure.

found in teen's purse - blue capsule imprinted DAN 5615 ## Hi Terri, The closest match I've been able to find is a blue capsule with the imprint DAN 5440. It is Doxycycline hyclate 100 mg; which belongs to the drug classes "miscellaneous antimalarials and tetracyclines" and is used in the treatment of bacterial infection, urinary tract infection, upper respiratory tract infection, acne, periodontitis, and more. National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-5440 Since the imprint is so similar to the one on the capsule you found, I imagine they are both probably manufactured by the same company- Watson Pharmaceuticals, also known as Actavis. I've posted their contact information below if you'd like to give them a call. Global & U.S. Corporate Headquarters Morris Corporate C...

Need to know the bead color of the 3061 capsule ## @jake, I'm not sure about "R 3061", but "R 3060" contains WHITE beads and is the 20mg extended release version from the same manufacturer (Actavis)... So odds are that the 30mg 3061 capsule may have the same color beads as the dosage below it. The only differentiating factors I'm aware of are the imprints and the capsule color itself. However I've also heard about Adderall capsules containing peach colored beads as well as combinations of orange and white together. If you have one why don't you open it up and check? Are you getting them off the street or something to have reason to worry about what color they are? ## I'm wondering myself if my bf who use to have an issue is switching the beads on me a...

I think I recieved wrong prescription. It is a white capsule with a tiny half moon and 200 imprinted in black on both sides of capsule. What is it? ## ritalin ## Yes, this seems to be the Actavis logo and they do have one similar to this that contains 20mgs of Methylphenidate, the active ingredient in Ritalin, in an extended release formulation. What medication were you supposed to receive? ## They are supposed to make the person picking them up aware of any changes whatsoever. As long as this wasn't the first time filling it. So for them to not say anything and give you those, they can get in a lot of s***. Those are completely different than other adhd meds. Especially when you are told its 20mg and says 200? Anyone would be nervous about taking them.
