Canesten

I am wondering if anyone else has tried Conazol or Canasten for facial skin problems? I can't get rid of my red, scarring, horrible skin rashes and scaling. I think it maybe dermatits. ## Have you consulted a doctor to see what is causing the problem? That would be better than trying to self diagnose and treat. If you're guesses are wrong, you could end up just making the condition worse.

I have started using the canesten cream with the applicator and on the second night of use I have notice slight blood after I pulled out the applicator.I actually went deeper that usual (about half way up) my tummy/abdomen now hurts a bit. How concern should I be and is this normal ## Yes, that can be a normal side effect, according to the NIH, although it is always best to inform your doctor, to be sure. Other side effects are listed as possibly including redness, itching, and irritation. Has there been any change? How are you doing, now? Are you on any other medications?

I had yellow vaginal discharges that started 5 days ago. On the 4th day i took a canesten tablet at night before i went to bed. Then I noticed that the same pieces of the tablet came out; at first it was just a tiny white thing, then after an hour i checked it again and it's like all of the tablet came out. It was soft though like it had been dissolved. What should i do? Do i need to buy a new one and repeat it? ## Used a peasary insert now it’s coming out yellow and chalky why is that? I had a miscarriage 10 months back due to a hematoma in the womb. And because of continued use of sanitary napkins, I developed a severe skin itch. Tried every topical application recommended by doctors. I am now told I have a fungal infection. I am advised Canesten (Clotrimazole) vaginal tablets. One hour after insertion, there was a milky liquid discharge. Is it the infection getting out or the medicine which hasn't been inserted well? Also, I'd like to know if these medicines have any side effects of any sorts- short term or long term?

i had a pack of tenutan that i did not use. however i detected that my usual yeast infection had come back. i then inserted one of them in my vagina last night as i would have to wityh the canesten tablets. i started to feel a bad burning like it was pepper and my vagina felt very tender. this morning i woke up i tried washing with water alone. it was oderless. now i see like whites scabs and i think i might have done something very wrong. someone please help

I had the common symptoms of thrush; itchy/irritation, swollen & discharge. However the discharge was odorless and extremely thick and white. Maybe a little too much info but it was so thick yet so dry that it didn't come out in my underwear, it was floating out of me in the bath *yuck*. Anyway apart from the discharge, I had experienced all of those symptoms and took a Canesten capsule and the next day it was gone. Hello, I had classic symptoms of thrush. Cottage cheese discharge, itchy burning irritation and no odor. Really swollen like I've never experienced. Had sex a week before for first time in ages so thought my pH may have been disturbed. We both had std tests prior and were clear. Saw a nurse and she prescribed Canesten cream plus capsule.
