I bought "drixoral" from Canada and it came in a box of 10 pills made by Schering-Plough with the name Disophrol Repetabs on it. I bought them for my husband and he says they work great. ## Did you order them from a pharmacy online or go right to Canada ## Hi Max, Based on my research, Schering-Plough Corporation was actually merged with Merck quite some time ago; I think back in 2009 as one article states. So I don't know if that could've been an older batch of Drixoral (Disophrol Repetabs) your husband received from Canada (prior to the Schering-Plough Merck merger), but none-the-less, it's good to hear that he's is doing well on it. How long has he been taking them for?

I filled a prescription for Viagra from a Canadian Pharmacy. I took my first pill and ended up with three seizures, extremely high blood pressure and a pulse rate of 109. There was no activity. This stuff is dangerous and almost killed me. When the ambulance showed up, I was conscious so I did not get dragged to the hospital. Not the day we had planned. ## Do you know anything about the pills you received? Since you ordered that way, they may not have actually been Viagra. What is available in Canada is actually the same was that available here. ## l have been diabetic for 4 years and manage it with Metformin. I have also had high blood pleasure for 3 months, taking Atacand 16 plus. My age is 66 years. l am experiencing a low libido. What is your advice to increase my libido?

Can any of you who have received their Drixoral from Canada share the time they waited for delivery, which pharmacy they used and the cost. This would be very helpful. Thanks. ## I ordered Drixoral from Canada Tuesday, July 8. I received it Monday, July 14. Works great. I just wish it was made by someone else other than Schering Plough. I don't want to support a company (in ANY way) that could be so callous and mean to it's own customers. ## It has to do with business practices, not being mean to their customers! Drixoral contains Pseudoephedrine, which is used to make Meth. To cut down on people buying it in unlimited quantities, there types of medication have been moved behind the counter at US pharmacies and the amount you can purchase at once has been limited. In order to ke...

I would like to know if it is possible for someone who has a prescription (and other documentation from a physician) to purchase Marinol at a Canadian pharmacy and also how much does a prescription cost (on average) in Canada? This in important information for a friend and I appreciate any and all information, thank you. ## Hello, David! How are you? I'm sorry, but I don't have any pricing information. And no, if a medication is available in the U.S., under the law it must be obtained here, unless you were traveling at the time it was prescribed and had to get it filled where you were located. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi and thanks for your response. My friend had to go to some sort of arbitration between a judge and not sure if the other party was medical. In ...

I'm not sure if anyone else is having trouble paying for their Ozempic in the US. My health insurance decided to eliminate it from my coverage last month and my pharmacy in Flagstaff was quoting me $800+. Saw some chatter about filling my prescription from Canada and I decided to give it a try with insulin outlet. I thought I would have trouble but it saved a lot of money. If anyone is having the same problem, I hope this info helps. ## I am Type II diabetic & have Medicare part D through CIGNA. Cigna denied Ozempic. Novo (maker of Ozempic) has a patient assistance program called PAP & they approved it & the med gets shipped directly to my physicians office. Might look into that

Drixoral can be obtained from Canada. I've also found a generic version for less money, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it ... my shipment of the generic stuff was shipped DIRECT from TURKEY ... the only English on the package was the the sticker with the pharmacist's info and my info. ## I've ordered Drixoral through the internet and been happy. They have the generic version available but they note that it is NOT made by the same manufacturer as the Real Drixoral. ## I've bought the same Disophrol pills from Northwest and they are made by the same manufacturer - Schering-Plough. ## I have read your message about buying a drug from Turkey, it has been two years but I would be very happy if you could give me the name of the pharmacy that has sent you the drug.Thank...

i understand that its availble in Canada. But goes by a differant name. Do you know what it is called? I was happy to hear that there is a new cranberry flavor. 2nd ? If a pt has insurance does a pharmacy dicount cards work on this prep?? ## Hi Sue, Based on my research, Prepopik is reportedly available in Canada under the brand name "Pico-Salax". And to answer your other question about using pharmacy discount cards along with insurance - When I look at many of these pharmacy discount cards they often make a statement noting that "this card is not intended to act as a replacement for insurance" - so my understanding is that the discount therefore isn't associated with an insurance policy. That being said, I don't see any reason why insurance and savings cards can...

Can I order AC&C 8mg from a pharmacy in Canada and have them shipped to me in Indiana? They are sold over the counter there and I have purchased them in Canadian stores when I lived closer to the border. ## Hi Chu - So from what I'm seeing AC&C is a compounded mixture of Aspirin and Codeine. Since it appears to be an OTC medication it would be up to the pharmacy in question whether they ship orders internationally. Legally speaking it is in one of those gray areas simply because of the Codeine ingredient. However, it is not considered a prescription drug in the originating country. Chances are you could find a retailer that does ship to US addresses.

GOOD NEWS, fellow sufferers! I just spoke to the 77 Canada Pharmacy and they are once again able to ship Drixoral to the US!! Up to 60 tablets, total cost $121 (inc. shipping). They have to have your photo ID and an account set up, but it's easily done. I know there's thousands of us who would literally die without Drixoral, so this is important news. Spread the word! And by the way, I think we ought to start spreading demands for the DEA to stop blocking sale of Drixoral in America just because some stupid drug addicts figured out a way to make speed out of it. I would gladly buy it from a pharmacist and sign my name, etc., wouldn't you all? ## Hi Carolyn, Thanks for sharing this info on Drixoral. While I may not have a personal need for this medication, I'm positive yo...

No markings on pill. Bought in Canada I think. Pill is peach colored and round ## If there are no markings on it, it is impossible to say what it is with any certainty. Even most Canadian manufactured meds have some type of imprint on them. Did you receive this from a pharmacy or was it ordered?

I went to my pharmacy today here in Canada to be told that Smith Kline Glaxo is no longer making Buro Sol. Is this the case and, if it is, what are my alternatives? ## You mean the antiseptic powder? Unfortunately, since it's never been available in the U.S., I can't find much information on it or why it was discontinued. I can't even find a listing of the ingredients. Learn more antiseptic details here. Did you try asking a pharmacist if they can recommend an alternative? I would, but I'm not sure what's available in Canada. ## I currently am using Buro-sol powder with water to make solution. I live in a town west of Toronto Canada and its available here in most if not all the pharmacy's. some are now keeping the powder behind the counter but others have it with...

Ordered from Canada pharmacy that I have used before, however these appear to have shipped from India. Tablets are 500mg, oval shape, orange and scored on one side with no imprint. Ten per blister pack. Back of blister pack shows Ciproks 500 and manufactured for Combitic Global. Are these legitimate? ## Hello, Ellen! How are you? Without testing them, I can't say with certainty, but that is what they are said to contain. It is an antibiotic that's used to treat or prevent infections and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Did this medicine work? I ordered the same thing, and am now concerned I have been taken.

I have had a pharmacy make mistakes before, getting a strange feeling abt this one. I am in Canada, so meds will be different than USA. O was supposed to get Maxeran (metoclopramide), I got a square white pill w/ APO M5 on one side. Is it right? ## I am the submitter of the question. Since there has been no reply, and I am no longer interested in this medication, I withdraw the question. I had a week long bad reaction to the drug. It is probably the correct drug, but not good for me. Question closed.

This drug was taken off the market for the serious permanet side effects of tardive dysknesia in Canada. Oddly enough, there is a clinic in Calgary that has a pharmacy MAKE this medicaton for them, encourages patients to use it, even if the patients are worried as to the saftey of this drug. They even go so far as to tell patients they wont get any side effects. How are they able to do this if the drug has been pulled. Please tell me if you know how this is allowed. ## I am not familiar with all the Canadian laws, but I know in the U.S. they can do that if a doctor deems the medication or a different dosage to be medically necessary. The ingredient or ingredients still have to be available in some form, or they wouldn't be able to have any pharmacy compound it for their patients. Ma...

Is this medication going off the market? The girl at HEB pharmacy said "they" (the pharmaceutical co.?) were going to quit making it. ## Why has Adalat 60 mg. been discontinued in Canada? What are the medical community recommending in replacement? ## Hello Sharon, According to the FDA only certain dosages of the Adalat CC extended release is going to be discontinued as of now. Their list shows that the 10mg XR version of the pill is being discontinued but all the others are currently listed as currently being produced. I can't promise they won't close down the other XR dosages but for the moment only the 10mg has been affected. I hope this helps. Have a wonderful day.

Does anyone know if Sansert is available anywhere in the world? Sansert use to provide prophylactic help. Any new treatment anyone about which anyone can advise me? Joel ## Although Sansert is no longer made in N America, it is in the UK (as Deseril 1 mg). Some Canadian pharmacies will provide with a prescription with this name or as methysergide ## wow... I have the same issue, I am allergic to maltodextrin, found in imitation sugars.. where do I buy this product? How much is it? how many calories in 8 oz. ? ## From what I can find, in the U.S. and Canada this requires a prescription from a doctor, which means it would be purchased from your pharmacy, however, I don't have any pricing information. As to the calories, that will depend on the specific formulation that is prescribed. There are different ones, such as milk based ones, so it would vary depending on which is being used. Has a doctor advised you to use this?
