Since Methadone seems to last longer that 4 - 6 hours, I was just wondering? ## Although your system can rid itself of the methadone within about 72 hours in most cases, traces of it will still be detected in your urine for up to 3 weeks...longer if you get a blood test. ## It took me 3 months to kick methodone.
