From what I've found they actually do make a combination of Hydrocodone + Ibuprofen under the following brand names: Vicoprofen, Reprexain, and Ibudone. Perhaps you could ask your doctor about trying one of these as an alternative to the 325mgs of Acetaminophen, if you have any concerns about it's potential cumulative effects on liver health with long term use?
