What is a white oval pill with a horizontal divider line that says m 347 on it. Please ID. ## what is it? ## It's a generic pill for vicodin. ## @zak, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oval pill with the imprint M367 on the front and a score on the back. It is a generic Vicodin that contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Since the M367 imprint is so similar to your pill's imprint (M347) it is very likely that you do have a generic Vicodin, but possibly a higher or lower dosage than the one I've located. WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?

Why do they affect me differently? I can function OK and complete my work outs with M367, but the yellow Watson 853 renders me useless - they just put me to sleep. Aren't they the same ingredients? By the way, the white watson 853, though they take longer to take effect, they work ok. ## Yes, the active ingredients are the same, but there can be slight fluctuations in the amounts from one generic to another, so that may be what's affecting you. Since the one from Watson puts you to sleep, it likely has a slightly higher amount of the Hydrocodone than the other one. Learn more Vicodin details here. I have a question. I have gotten some medications mixed up and now don't know which dosage is which. They are Loritab (I believe) with M358, M363, and M367 on them?
