Can The Pill P 14 Be Split In Half

I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. Cannot find this pill anywhere and i wanted to know what it is exactly. The story is that they came from a doctor in Chinatown... I live in Seattle, WA . One side of the pill is blank, the other has a capital HC on the top half, divided by a split mark (so to easily break the pill in half)- and the numbers 1402 on the lower half. The pill appears coated, a bit glossy. The imprinted numbers on the lower half appear to slant a bit. Thats about all I can tell you, any help would greatly be appreciated. what do morphine 60mg look like i have a pinkish color pill a line split it in half on one side the other i cant make out to well think it saysg4 on top snd 142on bottom note alot of the coloring of the pill is worn offf ## Is it possible that the marking is 54 142? I started using the strips of suboxone a few months back.. But I find they don't hold me over as long as the pills did. ( I take the strips because I have a free co pay from the company) Especially when you have to split one in half. So the do to put me up back to 2 and 1/2 instead of 1 and 1/2.. Just incase so my new doctors says anyways.. Since he put my dose up instead of it being 45 a month now it's 75 a month.. But I got every two weeks now, my last fill was 1/15/14 and because it's a new doctor I had to go 2/4/14 how soon can I fill this new script?? ## " So the do to put me up back to 2 and 1/2 instead of 1 and 1/2.." My question is I'm on 140 mg methadone liquid daily and have been and that dose for about 2 mos and on methadone all together for 16 months my psychiatrist recently put me on Topamax 25 mg in the morning for bipolar n weight loss Lexapro 5 milligrams in the morning for depression and Klonopin 1 mg at bedtime for anxiety in which he said I could split half in the morning and half at night what my concern is are these medicines going to interfere with the effects of the methadone and the purpose of the methadone anybody that has any insight or answers on this matter thank you very much ## Hello, Aim!
