Can I Take Meloxicam With Vitamin D

I stopped taking my daily 80mg of aspirin and multivitamins two weeks ago when I was prescribed meloxicam because I was afraid and was not sure if it's safe. So much confusing information. ## What information did you find that confused you? Can you please be more specific? Generally, you can take Meloxicam with a multivitamin, unless your doctor instructs otherwise. But the FDA does warn that Meloxicam may cause side effects, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. But, it could also depend on what specifically is in the multivitamins. Can you provide more details? Is it just vitamin D, or a multi? Your post is somewhat unclear. The main concern would be taking it with the Aspirin, since they are in the same medication class, and it can be risky to d...

I now am taking nexium 45 minutes before my first meal of the day. At the next meal I take a calcium/vit D/magnesium supplement. When can I take meloxican for inflammation in my sacroiliac joint and so that mobic will not interfere with the benefits of the supplement and nexium. ## Hello, My research states that Meloxicam can be administered without regard to timing of meals or accompanying administration of antacids. I'm not quite sure if this would work the same when it comes to vitamins- but I believe you would be ok to take the Meloxicam about 30 min- 1 hour after you take the vitamins. If you experience any changes in the effectiveness of your vitamins while taking the Meloxicam, it would be a good idea to contact your physician. You can learn more about this drug on the page f...

What vitamins interact with Mobic? Does ubiquinol interact with Mobic? ## @Equinox, According to The University of Maryland Medical Center / umm.edu's drug interaction checker, there aren't any interactions between Mobic (Meloxicam), Ubiquinol, and a typical full-spectrum multivitamin supplement. This doesn't necessarily mean no interactions exist - However I tend to trust information from Universities where you can cross-reference this information and make that decision for yourself. If still in doubt, I'd encourage you to discuss these concerns with your doctor just to be on the safe side. Hope this helps!

I take my Linzess in the morning, I love it. I was wondering if I could take the rest of my morning medication at the same time as I take the Linzess? I see no food or drink for 30 minutes but other than that... ## What other medications do you take? I'm sorry, but I'll need more details in order to answer your question. ## Strattera and verapamil are the two main ones that get me going in the morning, also I take vitamin D, magnesium, tramadol, meloxicam, and biotin. I have dysautonomia so the strattera and verapamil are important for get up and go.

diacereina 25 mg is the drug I am researching .What type of drug is it? Is it over the counter? Is it a vitamine? ## This medication is unavailable in the U.S. and I am sorry to say that other countries do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the FDA does. That said, finding information on them is very difficult, since there are no databases which list them all, like there are for U.S. prescription drugs. Based on my limited findings, Diacereina is also known as Diacerein; (a name which may help provide more search options for your research). Meloxicam also appears to be related to this medication; quite possibly the U.S. brand name for it, but I haven't found info to prove this. Diacerein is a drug used in the treatment of osteoarthritis. It works by inhibiting inte...
