Hi. I need yr advice/ help. I saw my period on the 23.11.14 & it finish on 30.11.14. I start taking detox herbal tea n supplements and my period start again two days after I begin taking it. What could be the cause and what can I do to make the bleeding stop??

I am 69 yrs of age. After angioplasty my BP was 124/77 for 3 months but suddenly BP shoots to 150/80. My doc prescribed Telmikind 20mg but after taking it for 1 wk I stopped. I started Sprintec a week and a half ago, first time ever on birth control, on the Sunday of my period, for the purpose of skipping my period two cycles from now. I noticed nausea almost immediately and pretty much everyday. I'm okay with that because I've been eating less. I started spotting three days ago, very light, but still need to wear a panty liner. I know it says that spotting is normal, but I just don't want it to last for weeks, all to skip my period for 5 days in two months. Could this be my period? Or how long does this last? I've been on Nuzak for 4 months now and stopped using it about 5 days ago. Last night I had this pain between my breasts and my gums, can it be a side effect? Otherwise I feel fine. ## Hello, Mandy! How are you? Where was the pain located? Your breast and gums are quite far apart. Did you mean chest pain or mouth pain? If you stopped taking it suddenly, then yes you may experience withdrawal effects, but if you're having chest pain, you need to have that checked out as soon as possible.

I had a catheter ablation for atrial flutter in April and began weaning off bystolic in May after 3 months on the medication as my HR was consistently below 60 even post-ablation. I weaned off over a 10 day period and my last pill was on May 21. Since my last bystolic my HR has been fluctuating a lot and I just haven't felt 'normal'. My HR during the day can fluctuate between 70-100. With 2-3 hour periods some days where's resting HR is in the high 90s. For some reason in the evening (around 6pm) my HR calms down and is in the 60s and stays there until I wake up the next morning. Hi last month I had primolut to postpone my period for five days. And after I stopped using it my period came back after two days. But after two weeks of my period I have veginal bleeding. My husband's age is 69. He is taking Amlodipine Besylate 5mg. He has just been prescribed Cialis and Flomax 0.4mg. for ED and BPH. Is there any "current" research showing a risk for lowering blood pressure to a dangerous low when taking all 3 meds conurrently? I have read that the FDA approved Cialis for urinary symptoms of prostate enlargement in 2011. His urinary problem is not severe...why could he not use Cialis to treat both ED & BPH and drop the Flomax? Also he plans to have cataract surgery and I have read that IFIS is caused by alpha blockers & can complicate surgery even months after stopping use of Flomax. What My doctor has given me Vibryd 40 mg for anxiety 5 years ago. My anxiety level increased so she changed to trintellix 20 mg. I acutely stopped Taking vibryd and started taking trintellix. If I was to forget to take a vibryd I would have a severe itch all over especially on my face and head. I am having this same problem. Is this a withdrawal from vibryd? How long will it take to get off of 150 mgs. Of oxy daily by useing 10mg. Methadone without withdrawal I've been on the oxy for almost a year any suggestions? ## Wish I could help you man. Never detoxed specifically with methadone, however I have had plenty experiences detoxing cold turkey in between scripts. If you want to go that route it will take 1-3 days and it will not be very pleasant. Best you can do is try to sleep through most of it. I have had to use suboxone to detox before and it was pretty much the same thing except the suboxone really helped me sleep a lot easier. Well I have being hearing horror stories about this drug. I consulted with my doctor and he said if a person is taking 30mg you have to stop cold turkey. There is NO weaning off this drug from 30mg. So, today I am 3 days off of it. The first day was absolutely fine. Day two I started experiencing swooshing sounds that were coming and going throughout the day. Yesterday I had heart burning and found difficult to eat, however I was hungry and ate bread with salami. Since morning there after I have no heart burning but a very mild pain or heaviness in the center of my stomach just at the center of my lungs from where they start curving. This is accompanied by sensation of vomiting resulting in huge saliva formation but the vomit does not come. I have taken Eno, zantac, and pantocid D but seems to have little relief though the saliva formation and the feeling of vomiting has stopped but have a feeling of half stuck burp. I have taken this tablet for past three months . My problem was under control by then. So I stopped eating the tablet..I already have hydroid cyst in the right lobe of the liver.I have consulted the gastroentology. The treatment for dis cyst given by the doctor was albendazole tablet for three months. Now there is no problem of the cyst. I have a doubt whether there is a connection between diarrhoea and the cyst. Again i have the diarrhoea problem. Mucus is also released now. What do I do now? Rashiba, no, it is actually used to prevent pregnancy, but if you are having irregular cycles, your doctor might want you to take it for a few months to try to reset them, so you ovulate.
