Can I Go To 20mg From 30mg

I have recently began with a new PM dr that is fabulous. He basically lets me determine the best combo of pain meds for my back and hip issues that are too numerous to list, however, the severity requires anterior/posterior surgery which I'm trying to avoid at all costs. He originally gave me both ms contin and opana to try to determine which works best for me. The ms contin killed the pain but also killed the brain if u know what I mean. The opana worked good but it only has a bioavailability of roughly 10% which makes me feel as tho I'm wasting my time. I'm also taking percocet 10's for breakthru that honestly seems to blow the opana out of the water as far as effectiveness. So my question is who thinks if I switch to the ms 30mg er with perc 10's for the breakthru...

I take 1 30 mg er ms contin every 12 hrs (60 month) & 1 - 20 mg ir Oxycodone every 4.5-5 hrs per day (160 per month). I have multiple acute chronic illnesses but i also have copd-respiratory failure-interstitial lung disease-emphysemia-i have to wear oxygen 24 hrs a day - 7 days a week-scoliosis - osteoarthritis - i broke my shoulder in oct.2014&hip which required hip surgery in may 2014 & i broke my lower leg from below knee to ankle on christmas eve 2014 as well as several other illnesses and pains. Now that the glovt has decided to tell us what we are allowed to take i live in tn & my dr of 3 yrs is trying best to find me a pain clinic which i do not mind on seeing however each new appt is $50 copay for them to tell me they are not seeing any new patients on such a high

I was on omelrazole 20mg BID, for the most part it controlled my reflux but I was having some rebound reflux so my doctor started me on dexilanr 30mg daily. Hi all, my 61 year old mother is on nexito 20mg + mirtaz 30mg for the last 12 days... Her mornings are horrible. She wakes up and has severe headaches + dizziness in the morning. She says it feels like she does not have a head and the whole body is not working. She takes ativan in the morning and evening to call her anxiety ... Wanted to ask if r morning side effects are common and is there any cure for the light headedness.. By 6 pm in the evening she is perfectly OK and comes out of the bedroom and talks and watched TV. This is my first day on hysingla er. Came off of OxyContin which no longer worked for me. I take hydrocodone 10/325 three times a day along with the hysingla er 30mg but I am hurting a lot. Well I have being hearing horror stories about this drug. I consulted with my doctor and he said if a person is taking 30mg you have to stop cold turkey. There is NO weaning off this drug from 30mg. So, today I am 3 days off of it. The first day was absolutely fine. Day two I started experiencing swooshing sounds that were coming and going throughout the day. Today still hearing swooshing sounds and my eyes feel like there moving rapidly back and forth. Also, I'm having heart palpitations! This drug is no joke! Sometimes the morphine 30mg doesn't last as long so I've been going going back and forth between that and the oxymorphone 10mg. I was jus wondering because. I am usually on 60mg 3x a day. May of the year, I started the Opana ER 20mg and for me this has been wonderful. I was only able to afford oxycodone prior to the start of insurance in May. Been fighting a crazy battle with the oxycodone pain relief, cause the pharmacy keeps pushing KVK Tech product that doesn't work for me and has side effects. So I just got switched from oxymorphone 30mg ER to the MS CONTIN 30 30MG AND 30 60MG ER'S a month. I tried to get my doc to just write me 40 100mg MS CONTIN but he did not do that. I have been on regular Oxycodone- one 20mg pill every 4-6 hrs a day for approx 6 mos I used to be prescribed 10 MG TWO PILLS every 4-6hrs prior to the switch by my doc. I am relatively new to the Adderall treatment process. This is my 3rd month trying to find the right dosage. Initially, my Dr put me on 20mg XR but I couldn't really tell that I took anything. We then moved to 20mg IR twice-day. CVS gave me (20mg Amphetamine Salts by Sandoz). We made some progress with this move but still didn't get me to where I wanted to be. I currently take 20mg methadone twice a day with MSIR 30mg tabs 4 daily=120 total. I am trying to find which dose of oxycodone would be the equivalant of my current dose of Morphine IR. Its been VERY hard filling that script for approx 6 months now and is getting worse. So one option is switching to another medication.
