Chew New Oxycontin Op
MIX 2 PACKETS OF KOOLAID WITH JUST ENOUGH WATER TO DISOLVE AND SWALLOW IT WITH AN OXY OP THE CITRIC ACID WILL BREAK THE PILL DOWN FASTER BEST IF USED ON AN EMPTY TUMMY ## I can assure everyone that reads this that the new Oxycontin formulation was thoroughly tested by Purdue in various situations, including someone's having a high intake of certain foods and beverages, to ensure it would retain its time released nature, so the only thing I can see this doing would be to make someone gag, due to the awful taste. Medications should always be taken in the manner they are intended to be taken, it is very dangerous to try to break them down and get them to work faster. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Your stomach acid is stronger than the citric acid. If you break it down t... ...

are oxycontin 80 op
has anyone figured out how to make these gelantenous blobs crushable yet ## There isn't! That is exactly the purpose of them, even if you try to crush or chew them, they turn into that gunny substance to retain their time released properties, it can only be dissolved by your stomach acid. They are meant to help prevent abuse and diversion of the medication. Using this medication in a manner other than that for which it was intended is very dangerous and you run the risk of overdose. op + 40 oxycontin pill
a yellowish, round (cylindrical) pill with rounded (convex) top and bottom...waxy coated with white interor, but interior has texture consistency similar to a hard gummy-bear candy. Chewing it is difficult, as tough dried-jelly-like interior is very cohesive and sticky...it tends to work its way into tooth's biting surface irregularities, and is compacted into spaces between teeth, where it can take 30 or more minutes to disolve. Taste is just like oxycodone but more subtle than Oxycontin. Not scored, smaller than a raisin, one side says OP and other side says 40. Is this the new tamper proof oxycontin?? ## That's exactly right, this is the new Oxycontin OP 40mg. Unlike the regular Oxycontin, if you try to crush or chew this one, it doesn't make a difference, it is specially... ...

What Does The Op Stand For In Oxycontin
I want to know why the call it an op. what is in it to make it a op ## thank you ## It's actually just the nickname it's gotten from the markings on the new tablets, to tell them apart from the old, the new formulation used OP on them, rather than the OC that was used on the originals. The new formulation to prevent abuse is proprietary and while you can find lists of the inactive ingredients, they don't actually give the details on how they are put together to accomplish this. However, attempts to abuse it, by crushing or chewing result in its turning into a gummy substance, which retains its time released properties. Are there any other questions or comments? ...

Question about chewing Oxycontin
My doctor switched me to Oxycontin 80MG from Oxycodone IR 30MG. What is the difference between the two? I read all these forums and all of them are about snorting or injecting and I am not interested in doing that for fear of dying. So, what will happen if I chew them? I would like the best way to make my pain go away but I would not mind the euphoria/Hi from them but I am not wiling to snort or inject. Can someone tell me the difference between these pills and if anyone has chewed these pills and what is the effects of doing so. ## The one that you were receiving with the IR designation were instant release Oxycodone, but the Oxycontin is a time released formulation, meant to slowly release the medication over a 12 hour period.
