methadone and antibiotic smz tmp ds 800 160

hi,i've been on methadone,at 90mg/once a day, for 5years. Due to an infection stemming from a cracked tooth in the back of my mouth that spread rapidly, i now have MRSA and am on my fifth round of antibiotics. They put me on Bactrim-two, 300mg pills twice a day,for 7 days. im on day 6 and feel like im full blown withdrawl. It started right after i started the Bactrim.
