I am having a hip replacement but am on a waiting list, and the pain is awful. I need to take a pain reliever, but it has to be one that does not have acetaminophen or any other drugs that cause bleeding. I want to know if there is anything available other than just plain Ibuphrohen as it is not strong enough to help. ## Ibuprofen can also cause some blood thinning, just like the Acetaminophen, so can other NSAIDs. I have had a fever ranging from 100.5 to 102.0 for just over 24 hours. Fever went away and felt great all day today. But came back this evening. My body aches so bad and cannot get comfortable or fall asleep! I took a hydrocodone 5/325 an hour ago and my temp is still up. Is it OK to take a 500mg naproxen? I’m already maxed out on maximum Ibuprofen at 1600 mg a day spread out 4xs a day and a (really low dose of Gabapentin 200 mg 3xs a day) for forearm pain. I have a exposed tooth nerve. I was prescribed both medication. I have taken 220mg naproxen sodium and 1000mg acetaminophen. Can this hurt me? I woke with fever and pain in head and shoulders and had those available so I took them. Hi, I got 10 teeth extracted yesterday morning. For pain I was taking hydrocodone, and it makes me so sick with an awful lot of nausea and throw up. Can i take 600 mg of ibuprofen along with a 375/10 norco and a 500 tylenol? Is it safe to take Warfarin and Hydrocodon-acetaminophen 5-500 together on the same day? ## They can be taken together, but it may affect your INR, since the Acetaminophen can make the Warfarin a little more effective, so it can increase the risk of bleeding. The original prescription filled Hydrocodone 5 500 TAB MLKCM. imprint M357 They refilled with Hydrocodone/APAP*** (WATSON 349) and now I sometimes have blood in stool. Does the APAP have aspirin which causes internal bleeding with me, and caffeine, whcih the M357 does not seem to have that effect. What should I do? ## Neither of the tablets you mentioned contain Aspirin or Caffeine, they both contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. (The Acetaminophen is what the APAP stands for.)
