I am in the 8th month of my pregnancy. Last week when we went for regular check up, I was give Ecosprin 75 and Duvadilan retard in addition to calcium and iron tablets. What for those two tablets were suggested for me by doctor. Can anyone help me out in knowing this... ## I have completed 28 weeks of my pregnancy. I had been suggested to take Ecosprin 75 tablet, daily after lunch. Is it safe? Hi i am 30 weeks pregnant now. Last week i suffered from lower abdomen pain so my doc prescribed me duvadilan retard 40mg twice a day. Is it safe to take duvadilan retard and calcium and iron tablets together? ## Yes, as long as your doctor approves and has told you to take them. Hi my wife is 5 month pregnant now, pastly she was sle polymiositis patient and was diagnosed by this disease 3 yrs later , she has miscarriage last year in 2 month only because the baby did not developed properly. I'm 41 yrs old. I had no babies till now. We did ivf and got triplet pregnancy so it is precious for us because we got pregnant after 20 yrs of marriage. Now im 22 weeks along and my babies are ok, im on asa, fefol calcium, hydroxyprogesterone, cyclogest 400, od, my obg doc told me to start bid from 22 weeks till delivery. What are the effects and side effects of Calten D? ## Calten-D contains: Calcium carbonate, Vitamin D3, and Elemental Zinc. This is simply a prenatal Vitamin and Mineral supplement to help support a healthy pregnancy. As far as side effects go, if the dose of this medication is higher than the US RDA (recommended daily allowance) there is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk (e.g., if the drug is needed in a life-threatening situation or for a serious disease for which safer drugs cannot be used or are ineffective).
