I amtaking seloken xl 50 one tablet in the morning and in the evening for palpatations which suddenly occur without any cause. Can I replace it with calaptin 120 sr. I had been using calaptin for a long time. But dr advised thatseloken xl is better.I do not believe this. Give me your opinion. ## You should take the medication that the doctor has instructed you would be best for you. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. The Seloken is a time released medication that can help get your condition under better control throughout the day. Why don't you believe what they told you?
