I undergone Bypass in Feb'12, but continued having chest pain even after bypass. Drs advised me for REDO CABG since (notices in angiography) one of the arteries (removed from chest) grafted has clogged therefore not catering blood flow of all blocked arteries. I refused for REDO Bypass, therefore Drs prescribed the following medicines Imdur 60 mg-half tab , Seloken XL 25 Mg 2 tab (M & E), Clopilet 75 mg 1 Tab, Crestor 10 mg 1 Tab, Ecosprin 75 mg 1 Tab . Can some one advise me how long these medicines to be taken. Is there better option with min. of side effect of this medicines.

Hi, may I ask you for an opinion regarding a drug called cabozantinib, TKI of VEGFR, Met, AXL.... I have a relative, male 35 years old, recently diagnosed (February, 2016) with renal adenocarcinoma III grade, and about ten days ago, nephrectomy was performed. Furthermore, 3 lymph nodes were removed as well. He will be subjected to additional analysis like MR, CT of abdomen, torax, vena cava renal in order to check further invasion if any. Doctor said he will treated him with sunitinib as a first line treatment. I am wondering whether treatment with cabozantinib in combination with ipililumab and nivolumab would be better choice then what he suggested? since i have been taking the medication i have develop a yellow discharge. It does not itch or smell so I don't think it is a yeast infection. ## Hello, Martha! How are you? A yellow discharge could be the sign of a bacterial infection, so you do need to have it checked out by your doctor. The Gabapentin hasn't been known to cause that. Its normal side effects include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with?
