I have a recent prescription for metoprolol. To get me started, the nurse gave me some she had in stock that had M 18 on it. The prescription I received in the mail has C 73 on it. I've seen descriptions for each which seem different to me but both are described as metoprolol. Are these really the same prescription drugs with the same active chemical analysis? ## Hi, Lee!
