I believe the pill is a form of Simvastatin. The C03 is on one side and the LL is on the opposite ## The pill in description is Simvastatin (20 mg). identify pills RX792 AND co3 ## RX 792 contains 40mgs of Simvastatin and the LL C03 contains 20mgs of Simvastatin, both the same medication, but different dosages. This medication is most commonly used to help lower cholesterol. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and joint/muscle aches. Has G3720 on one side and halved on the other ## This tablet contains 0.5gs of Alprazolam, a generic for Xanax. This is a Benzodiazepine, used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, irritability and dizziness.
