I believe the pill is a form of Simvastatin. The C03 is on one side and the LL is on the opposite ## The pill in description is Simvastatin (20 mg). identify pills RX792 AND co3 ## RX 792 contains 40mgs of Simvastatin and the LL C03 contains 20mgs of Simvastatin, both the same medication, but different dosages.
