I have been on effexor started the ususal dose and went up to 150 for depression and anxiety, worked at first actually on the 37.5 I was vey happy euphoric I lost 12 poounds in two weeks added plus! but then I was told to double that to 75 mg and then to 150 was doing good but my anxiety creeping up. Doctor switched me to cymbalta 60 mg first 3 days cleaned house felt good then next few days I was very short tempered and angry on the third week I went back for follow up I was starting to sleep better but was tired and kind of out of it all day but anxiety coming back worse, just went back for follow up on that and blood pressure was high so now he switched me to Viibryd started taking the first week dosage of 10 mg today is third day. I am on coxflam 15mg for more than a month after suffering severe shoulder and knee joint pain. I am beginning to gain a lot of weight despite the fact that I am eating sensibly at all times. I take 75mg MS Contin, handles steady relief. My breakthrough pain was not under any control with 15mg morphine IR. Instead of increasing that med the Dr. wanted to change it up. Leaving the morphine ER the same he added 10/325 Norco. I get a couple minute euphoria which I cannot stand. I start feeling severe sick feeling. The pain is eased. The head and stomach's strange feeling last an hour or so. Aren't the comparisons equal? If so why would one effect me so much. I do have sensitivities to medications. In most cases, food poisoning doesn't require any type of medication and only needs supportive therapy, to ensure that the person affected doesn't get dehydrated. An antibiotic, such as Clindamycin, will only help if it has been caused by some type of infectious bacteria and, since they can actually cause diarrhea, as a side effect, they are usually only prescribed in such case when it is absolutely necessary.

Can two antibiotics be used at the same time? My husband was prescribed Metronidazole 250mg (1pill 3x's a day) and Clindamycin 150mg (2 pills -3x's a day) for a foot infection. ## Those both aren't actually in the same classification. The Clindamycin is an antibiotic, but the Metronidazole is actually an antifungal medications.
