I found some pills with 123 on one side and PMS I 20 on the other. Could someone please help verify what these are ## Hi Robert, Based on my research, the pill you have is most likely manufactured by the Canadian pharmaceutical company "Pharmascience". I haven't found enough reliable information to accurately identify your pill but from what I can gather, it could possibly be Ritalin. Ritalin (methylphenidate) is a central nervous system stimulant and is used to treat attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and narcolepsy (an uncontrollable desire to sleep). Here is a link to the Pharmascience's contact page if you'd like to ask them about the pill you have: pharmascience.com/canada/contact-us/ I hope this helps!

Small Round pill that has a C a on it on one side and 123 on the other side ## Hi Stevie, I'm just curious about what color your pill is? I located a small round orange pill with a C on one side and 123 on the other, which turned out to be 50mgs of Topiramate. Topiramate is an anticonvulsant/antiepileptic medication that's also used for migraines and nerve pain. Apparently "Cipla USA" is the manufacturer of this particular tablet. I'm assuming the that's what the letter C stands for in the imprint. However you can always double check by contacting this company directly via their customer service department at: 844-247-5287. They also have a customer service email for added convenience: [email protected] I hope this helps!

it is called PMS-Methylphenidate. AKA Ritalin. DO NOT use as an aspirin, nor give to someone who never had this before. It is somewhat of a strong dosage, 20mg ## Since it is not Aspirin, it would not be effective for pain, fever or headache. Methylphenidate is a stimulant used to treat conditions such as ADHD or Narcolepsy. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, anorexia and insomnia. Read more: Dosage is usually calculated based on the severity of someone's condition. Are there any questions or comments?

I found a white scored pill, a little smaller than a dime with MXL on the top and 125/123 on the bottom. Curious as to what this might be. ## yea i have the same ones, i have no idea what they could be their's no info on the net ## I am not sure what the ID is for this exact pill, but others that have come up for ID with the MLX logo are over the counter items, which is why this is hard to find. There are no regulations regarding the markings of OTC items like there are for prescription meds, so there is really no comprehensive database for them. For example, a pill marked MLX 152 is 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, and one marked MLX 123 is 325mgs of Acetaminophen.

Found a small round white pill. 1 side has a C. The other side has 123. ## Hi Ron, I located a small round beige pill with C on one side and 123 on the other. And part of me wonders whether your pill may be off-white or tan in color? For verification, the pill I'm describing is made by Cipla USA and reportedly contains 50mgs of Topiramate; an anticonvulsant drug used for epilepsy. Does this sound like a possibility?
