I found an old pill bottle from like 1994 (or even earlier) with small round blue pills imprinted with an F 10. With the 'F' being imprinted above the '10' on the same side of the pill. Anyone have any idea what the heck these are?

My Medicare Part D insurance company wants me to take an alternative medication to cyclobenzaprine tab 5 mg. The ins. co. is asking me to choose between baclofen and tizanidine.
