How should his condition be managed? ## Burkholderia generally causes Meliodosis, which is known to be fatal in most cases, because it has grown very resistant to most antibiotics. It does need to be aggressively treated with antibiotics and his doctors should know which are the most effective. However, mortality rates still remain very high. It is most commonly found in Southeast Asia and Northern Australia. Does anyone else have information to add? ## the cultures returned to positve for B.cepacia.how should his conditon be managed?
