It's an oblong shaped brownish red colored pill and only has 51 imprinted on it, so please let me know! ## @Juiceka, According to the discussion thread linked below, this is reported to be a 200mg Equate brand Ibuprofen USP tablet, allegedly available over the counter at Walmart. This pill is oval and only has a 51 imprint on it. It is white in the inside and has no other numbers but 51 no other imprint or anything. ## This may be a long shot, but there's a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's brownish-red and oblong with l2 on one side and blank on the other. If you hold it upside down it could appear similar to 5l, depending on the condition of the tablet? For verification, the National Drug Code is 49035-517 and it appears to be a product of Walmart. Perhaps you can contact your local pharmacy and/or poison control to see if this sounds like a possible match. Whereabouts did you get it from? ## How would a 5 look like a 2, even upside down?
