Brown Oval Pill Big

I found this small reddish brownish oval pill shaped and on one side is engraved 54 on it, I've been googling and asking around about it but I just can't seem to find it anywhere on the Internet! Which is sad because my friends are doing these and worried because I never seen or heard of them in my life! There somewhat like the bigger pill they call ritilan with the M 54 written on the one side but this one is different, smaller and the number 54 is engraved on the one side! I found two different pills in a bag, both oval no imprint or code on them different color one is orange with little dots on them either a light black/grey dots smaller size n no line on it, the other one is a bit bigger with line down in the middle with little dots on it also color brown dots also oval smells like vitamin but not sure what they are can you able to identify it n tell me what they are? ## Oh the other oval pill color is white with brown dots line down in the middle* ## What vitamin is thin oval and light orange

squishy, redish liquid inside ## If there is no imprint, it will be difficult to narrow down exactly what this is. How big is it? Is it tiny or a larger size? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

I have a beige/brown oval pill with a marking of ''E 5'' on one side and the other side is blank; & on the inside it's white. It's a big pill, I would say 10 mm. Please help me find out what this is.
