Alevian Duo--would like more information

Alevian duo (Bromuro de Pinaverio/dimeticona) was recently prescribed for me. It seems to be amazingly effective, but I would like to know more about the medicine. It is distributed by NYCOMED, made in Mexico for Gelcaps Exportadora de Mexico, S.Å. de C.V. ## I have a serious problem with my bowel movements, the Dr told me my colon are not moving properly, and I have an infection, also diverticulitis. He prescribed Mesalazina, now I am considering if Alevianduo would be a good medication for me, my bowels are not forming, just watery, and a lot of gas problem. I would like to hear from you if this med. could go together
