There are times when my breath smells like poop. And other times it smells like something dead. Could this be coming from my stomach. I do go to the dentist twice a year. ## Bad breath could be because of numerous issues, it could be a medical sign such as diabetes. It could also be as simple as the food you eat (like garlic or onions) it could be how often you brush or floss your teeth. I would schedule an appointment with you Dentist. If you have already done that, then I would set one with your M.D. and ask he or she what your situation might be. ## Try regularly flushing your sinuses with salt water. Also try gargling with hydrogen peroxide 3%. Don't eat any dairy foods or drink tea or coffee or anything with sugar or alcohol in it. I can tell you Oraltech Labs advice worked for...

Hello, I'm a 61yrs of age Scotsman and for the past 1.5yrs started getting severe breathlessness bouts. Especially, if I attempt exercise or go up any gradients such as steps or hills feeling like a goldfish out of water - so to speak. I had been taking Prednisolone in Thailand over the past ten years or so previous to my return to the UK. This steroid use because I had 3 nasal polyps’ removal operations in Thailand that where a complete and utter farce, lasting only 2 months tops on the first operation then less on both the latter ops. I started taking Prednisolone because I saw that they used these medications. Thus, before and after the ops to reduce my nasal polyps and to stop the secretion pouring down my nasal passages. Alas, not having done any groundwork on this drug f...

Will I be ok till morning? I'm hoping this wears off soon as I took it 4 hours ago. I think I was better on the Metoprolol..Help please ## Those can be side effects of Sotalol, according to FDA reports. You may also experience nausea, fainting, indigestion, sweating, and diarrhea. I take 200 mg Lyrica twice a day for pain associated with Neurofibromatosis. Seems to help but my wife won't come near me. Says my breath is stinky. Not what a husband wants to hear. Have tried all types of oral solutions so problem doesn't seem to be in the mouth. Wonder if Lyrica is to blame since bad breath is a side effect. I'm considering going back to Gabapentin and putting up with the increased pain. Anybody have a similar problem or solution. ## I haven't heard of this before, but I can't say that I am surprised. Drugs can affect everyone differently. Rather than going back to a drug that makes you deal with more pain, you might want to talk to your doctor first, they may be able to help you find a different solution. ## Thanks for the quick reply. After a year on 100 mcg (6 months) then 400 mcg, I have experienced 4 weeks of gradually increasing problems with breathing. Today I saw my Dr. and was thinking about something else and forgot to mention it. However, this afternoon 6 plus hours after taking a 400 mcg, my breathing is shallow and I am very fatigued even without exercising. ## Almost all narcotics can cause with Central Nervous Sytem Depressive effects, commony referred to as CNS effects in the monographs. Taking such a large jump from 100mcgs to 400mcgs means your body has not been able to adjust to this new dosage, as it would have if you had gone up slowly to the higher dosage. There are warnings about doing that with this drug just for this very reason. It should never be used by someone who is not used to taking narc...

Can betamox 500g heal tonsils and bad breath? Are you on any other medications?

Hello, I am on week 4 of Contrave and have lost 11lbs. Ever since starting this medication my husband says my breath is bad. I drink a lot of water and have mints but this is like coming up from my stomach. Other than that I haven't had bad side effects. I do sweat more at the gym where as before I didn't. But anyone else experience this or have a solution? I'm very diligent about oral hygiene. ## Hello, Ginaye! How are you? I'm not seeing that listed among the side effects, but it can cause some gas and dry mouth, which may be contributing to the problem. Especially, since you said it seems to be coming up from your stomach. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, insomnia and anorexia. I am unable to take Metformin as it causes severe side effects and pulmonary oedema. I tried Liraglutide (Victoza) injections which gave my tachycardia. As I have heart failure I was then prescribed Jardiance 10mg 3 months ago which seemed to be ok but I'm not on the loo every hour and have not lost weight (gained 5kg actually). It was increased to 25mg 2 weeks ago and I have been increasingly breathless on mild exertion (speaking and bending forward). Feel like I'm full term pregnant. Surely I can't have side-effects to this too? My blood sugars are fine. ## What are your blood pressure readings? The symptoms you've described can also be due to congestive heart failure, according to NIH warnings. Those are typical symptoms of it. Do you ever wake up at night unable to b...

Over 15yrs.ago, I was taken off Theodur and introduce to Azmacort. And oow what a relief it is. I was able to do more than walk. I was able to jog from 3 to 5miles a day without the exercise induced asthma. The cold air in the winter no longer collaped my lunges when going out to jog. Now its all down hill. Gone is the jogging and I use to participate in the Senior Olympics. Someone goofed. Bad decision. I tried all other medications to no avail. O-zone, I know this was not a Scientist decision!!! ## The manufacturer is actually the one that discontinued it, this was not a decision made by the FDA or general medical community, either. Have taken daliresp for l yr 4 months. Have not had a episode in over 8 months. My doctor had me start off l tablet every 3 days to keep down the side effect. After 2 weeks, went on full time. I had asthma as a child but has been under control until about 5 years ago and then diagnosed with cough avariant asthma and was very ill for about 4 years with taking steroids and everything else. After taking daliresp, only had two episodes in 6 months. Then of all things, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. This stopped all my coughing and have not been sick then. Just not sure if I should continue the daliresp. The Cpap that I use every night has also lowered my blood pressure and Dr. stopped blood pressure medicine after 37 years. I think everyone who has any kind of asthma should be checked fo...

My bp on losartan is average around 130/80 100 pulse. I am 61 yrs of age. I did try to lower the dose for a week by taking 50mg but my bp started to creep up again so i returned to the 100mg dose. I have recently moved to Russia but will have to go to uk in May to tie up a few loose ends. I hope to visit my gp then. Thank you.

they put it on me in the ambulance becouse i couldnt breath ## Recently I had a pacemarker installed and not I have trouble breathing ## Donna, is it possible they meant C-PAP? It's a type of machine that uses positive air pressure to help alleviate breathing problems, it helps prevent soft tissues from getting in the way and inhibiting proper air intake. Bill, have you consulted your doctor? It is very important that you do so, because breathing problems could signal an issue with your heart. Are there any other questions or comments?
