Needing to know risk of breastfeedind while on this medication ## Yes, it can be dangerous, narcotics are secreted in the breast milk and there have been some occurences of the baby being heavily sedated from them or being overdosed. It can help with the immune response of some allergic reactions, but it's not an antihistamine that actually treats or prevents allergies.
