Is it possible to read some one's mind regularly? I'm hearing recently that people saying that they are comming to know that what some person is in his mind or thinking? Is it true? Can we believe? Is it because of some medicine? ## No! Though, if you know someone well enough or know how to read people, they do become predictable. You can learn to tell what someone is going to say or what they are thinking. It is also possible to tell when someone is lying to you. Does anyone else have anything to add?

brain star .8mg prescribed by doctor.medicine not available in leading shops.what are the side effects ? is it approved by FDA? ## Hi kurian, Side effects relating to the ingredients found in Brain Star are definitively regarded as "precautions" as opposed to "side effects". There are warnings for persons who are sensitive to bee products, as this contains beeswax. It also contains the allergenic ingredients of Soya beans (soya) and soya products. If you have any known allergies to what is mentioned above, then I would steer clear of this supplement. The majority of ingredients found in Brain Star are considered to be natural and plant-based (with no clear threat of side effects in my opinion) aside from 5HTP, which does have the potential for side effects if dosing is n...

My brain zaps started out two years ago when I was taken to the emergency room for a severe migraine and a kidney infection. I was given a shot of Toradol and immediately knew I'd been given too much. Within a week, I started experiencing cranial zaps that escalated in numbers and would hit at any given time with no particular trigger. My doctor dismissed these as not real and put me on 40mg Citalopram. The zaps continued so I went to a neurologist, was diagnosed with slight swelling in my brain and put on 3400mg daily of Gabapentin. The combination of both medications did stop the zaps for a short period of about two months but they came back. So it was back to the doctors for help but all they wanted to do was keep raising my doses of medication which I firmly believe was making m...

I had Brain Surgery about 3 years ago on my right temporal lobe. I had a small scared piece of brain tissue that was removed. The surgery was successful and I didn't have any side effects.I was seizure free for 2 years. I recently started having break through seizures within the past 6 months. The seizures are the same and a lot milder but it does concern me. If anyone else has experienced this and could give me insight I would greatly appreciate it. I'm afraid that my seizures have come back. ## Here's more detail for those of you who might have just glanced at this topic. Prior to having surgery I had seizures for 12 years. I was 24 when I had brain surgery. 3 years prior to surgery I under went extensive testing so the doctors could locate the area where the seizures were...

My 12 year old son began taking celexa 10 days ago (10 mg). The results are awesome. His mood is much better, no sadness, more talkative, excitement and joy seems to have returned. This morning after a couple hours at school he told me that he was getting like quick electric "zaps" in his head. They only last a second. He says they are like when someone touches you after "rubbing their feet on the carpet" type zaps. I've googled, and all I can find is that these are withdrawl symptoms from celexa. Has anyone else experienced this at the start up of this medication? Loving the results until this happened. Hoping they don't need to change his meds and this will go away. ## That can happen when someone is new to taking such a medication, it is not just a withdrawal ...

I am on 200 mg per day and it has been an excellent solution for me. I was experiencing severe anxiety attacks due to a life situation, it eliminated that. 2 sides effects: decreased libido and tremors. One fascinating effect: I call them "brain tours". They happen when sleeping at night or dozing in the chair. My body will be absolutely asleep but my brain is 100% awake and alert. I can hear other people' s conversations and remember them, I confirmed it the next day. One night I made up a nonsense word during a tour, I thought if it was a dream I'd forget the word because I forget dreams. I still know the word, flibberpeanut. During tours i cannot move my body, like in REM sleep. The first few times it scared me but now it is fascinating. I use these tours to explore t...

small hexagonal orange pill with a N8 on one side and a cross on the other side. ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Suboxone, which is a combination of Buprenorphine (8 mg) + Naloxone (2 mg). Depending on the application form, buprenorphine is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic pain or for peri-operative analgesia. You can view a detailed description of the drug, by clicking on the link below... If you have any more questions or comments to add, please post back so I can further assist you.

hi im not taking topomax but my wife recently started taking it for migraine. 3 weeks in she has decided to leave me after 10 years together and 2 kids. She has different reasons for every time we talk. I don't know her anymore and this all started when she started taking the drug. could my suspicion that topomax has altered her mind. its like she has no emotion anymore. I don't want her to leave. she is saying she loves me but not in love with me. this is not a broken love story but im concerned about maybe this drug is altering her thoughts. has this happened to any other users of topomax? ## I hope things have gotten better with your wife! I took Topamax for about 6 months and can definitely say that it changes the brain drastically and could really be the cause of her snappi...

Is it possible to read some one's mind regularly? I'm hearing recently that people saying that they are comming to know that what some person is in his mind or thinking? Is it true? Can we believe? Is it because of some medicine? ## Once again, NO! Actual mind reading is a complete myth. You can, however, learn to predict people if you know them well or know how to read certain actions and reactions. Which can help you discover what they are thinking or if they are lying to you. Is there anything else I can help you with?

I was told that me finding my brother snoring after a bad wreck and head injury was a bad sign. Why is this? He was in a coma for weeks but he is gradually coming around. He can't talk or move his right side. ## Hello, Michele! How are you? He may have developed sleep apnea, which one possible issue listed by the NIH, it means that the person stops breathing periodically, while sleeping. Heavy snoring can be a sign of it. The snoring can also just be a sign of brain damage, in some cases. Has he always been a snorer? What types of medications do they have him on? Did you inform his doctor that he was snoring?

I took accutane in 2004 at 63 years of age. I immediatetly started having problems with triglycerides, eyes, diziness, balance problems, dementia, depression, slurred speech, elevated blood sugar, etch. Is there anyone out there that took this drug at this age? ## Age means nothing. I am sure there are people who have taken at your age, but people younger say 16 have ended up with diseases that usually 50-60 yrs get from Accutane. Many people have suffered what you state from Accutane. There are all documented side effects. Hopefully back in 2004 you stopped the med and things got better. Did you take it for Acne or Cancer? ## Are you still taking it? While the FDA does warn that these can be side effects, that doesn't necessarily mean that it has cause brain damage. Other side effe...

I have been on 40 MGS of this for several months....I've experienced what I can only describe as brain zaps.....worse than the spins...almost like a convulsion. It happens when I lay down mostly...it is so bad it makes my arms jump around. Has anyone had this experience? I'm just wondering if it is due to the meds or if it is because of something else. ## Hello, Tay! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you're having. And you need to contact your doctor about it as soon as possible, that could be the sign of a possibly dangerous reaction to this medication. It just might not be the right one for you to take. How often does it happen and how long does it last? ## I am also on a 40mg dose of Vybriid. I have been experiencing "brain zaps" for over a year, while on ...

I have been given doxycycline against Lyme disease, but I suspect I have a jaw abscess/head infection as the jaw is very painful my headaches are localised as well as inflamed nerves and my head feels as if it has pus at the base. Will doxycycline work for abscess and head infections or do I need to get different treatment? ## It is a broad spectrum antibiotic, so it can help with various types of infections. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash. However, if you have an abcess, it is very important to consult a doctor to discover what has caused it. If you don't, then the underlying cause could remain, and may cause the infection to return. How advanced was your Lymes? that can cause such sympt...

I would like to know how the medicine effects you over a period of time. Sometimes I wake up at night because I have being jerking, a whole body spasm. This occurs almost every night, sometimes it is only my legs or arms. This didn't start until I started the Suboxone a couple weeks ago. I just want a pictogram or detailed description on what is can do to the brain in the long run. ## I can't send you anything, because you didn't include any contact information in your post. It isn't just your brain that Opiates affect, they also affect the rest of your body and yes, with long term use, some damage can be permanent.

Hi, I had Brain Zaps which stopped immediately after taking Propranolol 40 mg. When I stopped Propranolol they returned. Accidently I donated blood for a patient and started feeling better. I removed 7 pints of blood therapeutically (disposed) in intervals. I feel much better now. Hot glass of milk and coconut water everyday helps me rebuild my body. My brain zaps have stopped 99% after suffering for 2 years. If the Brain tremors (zaps) don't stop permanently can Dialysis help or should I remove more blood? ## Hello, Champtz! How are you? Exactly what symptoms are you referring to as brain zaps/tremors? There is no actual medical condition under that name, so I can't provide you with any information, without knowing more details. Thanks!

My daughter was diagnosed a week ago with a benign brain tumor on the right side of her brain. She goes numb on the whole left side of her body and the right side of her face. She also has horrible headaches. The doctors have her on Divalproex ec 500 mg and Butal/acetamino/CG50-325-40TAB. She has been trying to work but the headache medicine makes her dizzy and feel drunk. The seizure medicine works sometimes but not all the time. The headache medicine works but the dizziness etc makes it so she can't work when she takes this . Is there anything else that she could take that would help her? Is there some home remedy that we can use along with these meds that would help her. She is very depressed right now and her emotions are all over the place. What can I do to help her through thi...

I am discontinuing Belvique due to awful side effects. This stuff is poison. I have lost all short term memory, can't remember the right words I want to use when speaking, my balance is gone and as a result, I have broken two crystal vases this week from dropping them. I feel like I'm not sharp at all. I also have a weird fullness in the right side of my neck, which feels like it's going to explode. ## I'm very sorry about the problems you had from taking this medication. The U.S. FDA does report that it can cause such issues as side effects in some people that take it. It may also cause nausea, dizziness, and nightmares. It also might be a good idea to have yourself checked out by your doctor to be sure. Is there anything else I can help with?
