23 Topics FoundI have an oblong tablet that is red on one side and yellow on the other side and says BP500 on it. I called Poison Control and the pharmacy school and they do not know what it is. Can someone please help me. ## BP500 with yellow and red coloring is Acetaminophen 500mg, which is a generic Tylenol. Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do.
